 Engine 2 "Farms 2 Forks" Immersions - A chance to spend two days with Dr. Esselstyn
Join Dr. Esselstyn, his wife Ann, his son Rip, and his daughter Jane at the Engine 2/Forks Over Knives'/"Farms 2 Forks" weekend retreats! For three days, you can learn the medical, nutritional, psychological, and practical tools that you and your family can turn into a lifetime of good health and enjoyable food. Joining the Esselstyn's at all events will be world renowned plant-strong nutritionist Jeff Novick, and Dr. Doug Lisle, food psychologist and author of "The Pleasure Trap". Special guest speakers will include Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. John McDougall, and T. Colin Campbell.
The Farms 2 Forks series kicks off the New Year in Clearwater, Florida from January 4th to 6th. The spring events will be in Los Angeles, from April 12th-14th, and Chicago, from May 24th-26th. The summer events will be in Atlanta from June 28th-30th, and at the beautiful and historic Esselstyn family farm in Hudson, New York, from August 17th-18th.
